Not another boring P/D that’s for sure! All of my workshops are designed with connection in mind. I want to have your team laughing one minute and being moved to tears the next. It’s not so much what I teach, its how I make people feel that makes a real difference to whether change happens or not.
How it works
Pick your workshop and your delivery mode - It’s as simple as that. Pick your topic from the list or get in contact to arrange a tailored session. You can also pick your length of time (1.5hr min) to suit your event and whether you would like it delivered in person or via Zoom
Presentation - No matter what style of learners you have, I’ve got you covered. Each workshop is carefully designed to combine my love to present with a variety of visual presentations, videos, small and whole group reflections, activities and planning time. You will get handouts and resources to support your ongoing journey of continuous improvement.
Certificate - Certificates are provided for each participant for their professional portfolios.

As many as you like! Standard prices are for a maximum of 30 educators. If your team is large or you want to combine services, additional fees may be required.

Yes, I offer follow-up sessions and ongoing coaching or consultation to support the implementation of workshop strategies. Email consultations or additional on-site visits can be arranged to help embed new practices into your daily routines.

I am a relational and attachment-focused consultant. Everything I do is underpinned by this pedagogical approach, including the content of the workshops and the way I deliver the ideas to your team. All learning happens in the context of relationships so I aim for people to feel that within the workshop too.

I have been working in Early Childhood Settings for over 20 years and I think my first facilitation of a staff meeting style workshop was when I was about 21. My highest qualification is Master of Education (Early Years). Learn more about me.

I am happy to travel anywhere within Australia to support you. Travel within 50 km of Melbourne is free. If you are outside this radius, get in contact and I can provide a quote on additional fees that may be applicable to attend your site. Your other option is to have a webinar event.
